摘要
我们用自己筛选的乳酸杆菌K、P菌株及需氧芽胞杆菌N_(42)作为肉用仔鸡的饲料添加剂。先后两次对1~30日龄的仔鸡单独和混合使用上述制剂。结果:单一使用乳酸杆菌K和P菌剂,比对照组分别提高增重10.35%和9.96%;K、P株混合使用提高12.14%;单独使用N_(42)提高增重8.6%;K、P和N_(42)三种菌混合使用平均提高增重18.1%。淘汰率分别比对照组降低(%)6、6、10、9和16%。试验结果表明,以三个菌株混合使用的效果最好。
Lactobacillus K, P and Bacillus N_(42) were used as food additive to raise broilers. The K, P and N_(42) were used singularily and in mixture for feeding Broilers aged 1-30 days. When Laetobacillus preparation K or P were used singularily, body-welght of broilers increased 10.35% and 9.96% respectively, whereas the K and P were used together, it increased 12.14% body weight, and when the K, P and N_(42) were mixed together, an increment was 18.1% as compared with the control group. The sift-out rate of broilers was lower i.e. 6, 6, 9, 10, and 16% respectively lower than that of the control group. The results of our experiments showed that, the K, P and N_(42) when used together yielded the best result.
