摘要
目的 观察贝氏面瘫的疗程及治愈率。方法 将 5 5例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组两组 ,均给以常规治疗 ,治疗组加HBO(高压氧治疗 ) ,进行疗效对照观察。结果 治疗组总有效率为 90 .1 % ,对照组总有效率为 70 .6%。治疗组疗程为 32 .1 6± 1 7.2 1天 ,对照组疗程为 5 5 .5 6±2 4 .2 2天。
Objective To shorten the courses of the disease and increase the curative rate of Bell' s facial palsy (BFP). Method 55 patients with BFP were randomly divided into two groups, e.g., treatment group and control group. All of the two groups were received routine therapy, but the experiment group was treated by hyperbaric oxydrenation (HBO) in addition. Result The total efficacy of treatment group was 90.1%; where as the control group was 70.6%. The course of treatment in experiment group was 32.16±17.21 days against 55.56±24.22 days in control group. Conclusion HBO showed a good effect on BFP. It can shorten thecourse of treatment and increase the effective rate or curative effect.
