摘要
目的观察针刺加穴位注射甲钴胺注射液治疗周围性面神经麻痹的治疗效果。方法根据周围性面神经麻痹的发病时间取阳白、四白、太阳、颊车、牵正、地仓、翳风、合谷等穴位，加穴位注射甲钻胺注射液。结果治疗的66例中，痊愈49例、显效12例、有效3例、无效2例，总有效率为96．97％。结论针刺加穴位注射甲钴胺保注射液，可改善周围神经活性，提高其兴奋性，有利于面神经功能的恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of treating peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture and mecobalamin point injection. Methods Acupuncture and Point Injection. Puncturing Yangbai（GB-14）, Sibai（ST-2）, Taibai（SP-3）, Jiache（ST-6）, Qianzheng, Dichang（ST-4）, Yifeng（SJ-17）, and Hegu（LI-4） according to diseased time. Results Among 66 cases, 49 cases were totally rcoverey, accounting for 74.24%; 12 cases had obvious improvement, accounting for 18.18%; 3 cases had improvement, accounting for 4.55%; and 2 cases had no improvement, accounting for 3.03%. The total effective rate was 96.97%. Conclusion Acupuncture with methylcobalamin point injection can improve the activity of peripheral nerves, and so to facilitate the recovery of facial nerve function.
