摘要
对田间烟草进行病毒病种类的调查和鉴定结果表明,延边地区感染烟草的病毒主要是烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV),而以两种病毒的混合侵染为主,达80—100%。弱毒疫苗 N_(14)和 CMV 卫星 RNA 生防制剂 S_(?)混合使用,或 CMV 卫星 RNA 生防制剂 S_(512)单独使用防治烟草病毒病,与不使用的对照比较,防治效果明显,达70.2—77.1%,上等烟比率达22.3—30.9%,而对照只有9.2—19.2%,亩收入比对照增加21.7—80.8%。
Investigation and identification of virustypes infected tobacco in the field at Yanbianregion showed that tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)and cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)are major,but 80—100% of infection wascaused by mixture of two viruses.A mixtureof avirulent N_(14)and satellite RNA containedCMV,the biological control agent S_(52),or thesatellite RNA biological control agent S_(512)alone was applied on productive tobacco va-riety in the field to control virus disease.Incidence of the treated plants decreased70.2—77.1%,The ratio of first grade of to-bacco leaves of plants reached 22.3—30.9%,however,that of control plants was only9.2—19.2%,and income in a unit area in-creased 21.7—80.8%.
