摘要
本文综述了酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)在烟草病毒检测中的应用。对EIISA的基本类型,改进和提高灵敏度的方法进行了分析,并阐述了该技术的某些发展趋势。
This paper summarized the application of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay （ELISA） in the detection of tobacco viruses disease. Analyzed the type of the EIISA and the improved method of the sensitivity. The research progress in this field was also discussed.
