摘要
研究了Al-Fe2O3系反应合成灰铸铁管陶瓷内衬,讨论阻燃剂的加入量对陶瓷内衬的影响。结果表明Al-Fe2O3系在加入一定量的阻燃剂时反应稳定进行,陶瓷层厚度随阻燃剂的增加而增厚,反应熔池的移动速度则随之减慢,孔隙率提高,隔热性能增强,陶瓷层中的孔隙方向沿径向分布。
An investigation to apply Al-Fe 2 O 3 system combustion reaction to synthesize ceramic liner of gray iron tube was carried out.The influence of addition amount of combustion-hindering agent on ce-ramic liner was discussed.The results showed that the combustion reactio n of Al-Fe 2 O 3 system would become mild after adding proper amount of combustion-hinderi ng agent.In addition,with increasing of the amount of combustion-hindering a gent ,thickness of ceramic liner increased,moving velocity of re-action melti ng pond slowed down,heat isolation property was improved,the porosity ratio of ceramic liner increased and the porosities distributed along radial direction.
