摘要
研制了陶瓷内衬弯管自蔓延熔涂实验装置,利用静态自蔓延法进行陶瓷内衬弯管熔涂工艺实验,探索了大口径弯管的自蔓延陶瓷涂层制备工艺,并针对实验中出现的问题进行了分析。
The experimental apparatus was developed for preparing ceramic-lined elbow pipe, and the experiment for forming ceramic-lined elbow pipe was carried out by static SHS. It was explored that the process of SHS ceramic coating for preparing large diameter elbow pipe. The problems of coating structure appeared in the experiment were analyzed in theory.
