脂调康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清一氧化氮的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察脂调康胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:采用喂食高脂饲料方法复制大鼠高脂血症模型,以脂必妥为对照,检测各组大鼠血清NO的含量。结果:脂调康胶囊可显著降低模型大鼠血清NO含量。结论:脂调康胶囊通过降低血清NO含量,减轻其对机体的损伤,疗效优于脂必妥,且具有量效关系。 Objective:To observe the effect of Zhitiaokang on NO in serum of hyperlipimia rats. Method:To feed the rats with high-forage and duplicate the model of hyperlipimia as well as examine the content of NO in serum of each group, with Zhibituo as the control medicine. Result:Zhitiaokang capsule can remarkably decrease the NO content in serum of the model of hyperlipimia rats. Conclusion:By decreasing the content of NO in serum, Zhitiaokang capsule can reduce its injury to the body effectively and dosage-dependently, compared with Zhibituo.
