摘要
对红曲霉菌株Monacus 3合成MonacolinK的发酵动力学进行了研究 ,建立了该菌株固体发酵合成MonacolinK的菌体生长、产物合成和底物消耗的动力学模型 ,并对模型参数进行了非线形回归。结果表明预测值与实验值有良好的拟和性 。
The kinetic models of solid fermentation by Monacus 3 for mycelial growth, monacolin K production and substrate consumption were studied. The models were developed and provided a reasonable equation for biomass, production and substrate. And parameters were obtained using non linear regression techniques. Compared the experiment data with calculation data,it was suitable for monacolin K production by Monacus 3 of solid fermentation.
