摘要
以一药用真菌进行固体发酵,比较不同培养基质、起始含水量、起始pH值对其生长的影响;再以该真菌发酵物(菌质)作为饲料添加剂试验,研究其对AA肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果显示:以大米、小米和复合基质进行固体发酵,该真菌生长较好(生物量为35.8%),且添加一定量的中药不影响真菌的生长,起始含水量为50%,起始pH值为4.5;动物试验表明,含中药的发酵产物能明显增强AA肉鸡对新城疫,禽流感H9、H5的免疫力(P<0.05,P<0.01),体增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
The solid fermentation with pharmaceutical fungi was studied. The effects of different medium, initial water content and initial pH on growth of pharmaceutical fungi were compared. The medicinal fungal substance by solid fermentation with some conditions was acted as feed additive, then the effect of medicinal fungal on immune function and growth performance of AA broiler was studied. The results indicated that the growth of fungi with solid fermentation under the rice, millet and composite medium was better with its biomass of 35.8%. Some Chinese medicine in the fermentation medium didn't affect fungi growth when the initial water content and initial pH were 50% and 4.5. Fermentation product of fungi, including Chinese medicine, could enhance AA broiler's immunity against Newcastle disease (ND), H9 and H5. The body weight gains in experiment groups was higher than that in the control group (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 001 ).
