摘要
以离子交换树脂固载磷钨酸为催化剂合成了苯甲醛正己硫醇缩醛 ,考察了影响收率的因素。其最优条件为 :苯甲醛∶正己硫醇∶催化剂∶二氯甲烷 =1mol∶2 .15mol∶2 0g∶35 0ml,4 3℃回流下进行 ,反应时间 5 .0h ,收率可达 86 .3% ,催化剂可重复使用。
Benzaldehyde n-hexyl mercaptan acetal was synthesized using phosphotungstic acid supported on cationic exchange resin as catalyst .The factors affecting the condensation yield were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: benzaldehyde : hexyl mercaptan: catalyst : dehydrating agent is 1mol : 2.15mol : 20g :350ml; reaction temperature is refluxtem temperature;reacion time is 5.0h.The yield is above 86.3 % under the optimum conditions.The catalyst can be used repeatedly.
