摘要
改造前,白银公司西北铅锌冶炼厂制酸装置的浓硫酸输送管道泄漏严重,槽爪式分酸器分酸效果差,非正常停车较多,于是在2001年设备大修期间,改用阳极保护不锈钢管道和分酸器,投入运行以来,操作运行稳定,有效地提高了装置的开车率,减少了对环境的污染,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Xibei Lead and Zinc Smelters sulphuric acid plant replaced its existing cast iron piping and through type acid distributor with anodically protected ones during the overhaul in 2001 , due to serious leak of the piping and uneven acid distribution which leaded to much downtime. After restart, the plant operates smoothly with in-creased stream factor and reduced environmental pollution, resulting in good economic and social benefits.
