摘要
西北铅锌冶炼厂利用锌精矿烟气制硫酸，干吸塔设计首次采用球型塔底，取消了塔平台，转化器采用大蓄热量结构，保温效果好。介绍了硫酸系统的流程及运行情况，评述了硫酸系统的设计，探讨了干吸塔循环泵、耐腐蚀材料的选择等问题。
Abstract Zinc smelter off gas is used as material for H 2SO 4 production in North West Lead Zinc Smelter.Spherical bottom is adopted for drying and absorption towers and terrace of towers are abolished.A large capacity heat reservoir structure of convertor has good result.The process and operating condition are introduced.Design of system is evaluated.The choice of pumps for drying and absorption towers and corrosion resistant materials are discussed.
