摘要
分析了钛矿渣微观结构 ,阐述了用攀钢钛矿渣制备实心砖的方法 ,优化了胶凝材料及制品配合比设计方案 ,讨论了各种因素对制品强度的影响。最终的砖制品成本低、强度高 ,符合国家建筑标准 。
This paper analyzes the microstructure of titanium slag, introduces a way of synthesizing solid brick with titanium slag, optimizes the composing proportion design of cementation material and brick with titanium slag, discusses influence of various factors on the intention of the product. The brick product which is of low cost and high intention accords with the nation's construction standard. It can be used for all kinds of construction widely.
