摘要
以攀钢高炉渣为载体,采用固体研磨法负载NiO,制备了NiO/高炉渣负载型催化剂,并以XRD、H2-TPR技术对催化剂进行表征,研究了其对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能。结果表明:NiO的负载量为25%时催化剂表现最好的催化性能,在600℃时丙烷转化率为34.64%,丙烯选择性为37.21%。此法为资源综合利用及减少环境污染提供了新方法。
A series of the NiO/Pangang Blast Furnace Slag supported catalysts were prepared by solid state grinding method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRDi and H2-TPR. Their catalytic behaviors for the oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of propane to propene were also investigated. The results showed that they had a better catalytic activity for ODH of propane when the nickel oxide loading was 25% and C3H8 conversion and C3H6 selectivity reached 34.64% and 37.21% respectively, over the catalyst at 600 ℃. The study provided a new way in comprehensive utilization of resources and reducing environmental pollution.
