摘要
为了实现EPROM器件的高集成度,有必要减小EPROM单元的尺寸,文章重点讨论与EPROM器件结构及编程特性有关的缩小尺寸的特殊规则。
In order to realize high density EPROM's it is necessary to reduce the dimensions of EPROM cell. In this paper the particular rules of reduced dimensions are discussed in ralation to the conformation of EPROM device and the programming characteristics.
