摘要
目前，在微机系统及计算机应用领域，尚大量使用EPROM器件。严格测试这些器件的逻辑功能和直流、交流参数是十分必要的。文章首先粗略介绍了这类器件的一般工作原理、数据写入及擦除过程，然后，在多年实践的基础上，叙述了对EPROM进行智能编程、快速编程的方法及注意事项。最后，介绍了直流参数及交流参数的测试要点。
EPROM devices is used widely for microcomputer system and computer application field. It is very necessary that strictly test logic function DC electrical characteristics and AC electrical characteistics of the devices. Firstly the paper presents general working principal, writed data and erasure realization of EPROM devices. Then the paper presents test method and noteworthy for interactive programming algorithm and fast programming algorithm. Finally it describes main point for DC test and AC test.
