摘要
目的 建立测定利巴韦林含片的高效液相色谱法。 方法 采用HPLC法 ,Agilent 110 0系列高效液相色谱系统 ,KromasilC18(5 μm ,4 6mm× 2 5 0mm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇 水 (5 4 :4 6 )为流动相 ,流速为 1 0ml/min ,紫外检测波长为 2 0 7nm ,柱温 30℃ ,外标法定量。 结果 线性范围为 10 μg/ml～ 5 0 μg/ml,平均回收率为 10 0 5 % (n =5 ,RSD =0 6 1% )。 结论 此法快速、准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好。
Objective To establish a assay method for Ribavirin Buccal Tablet with HPLC.Methods HPLC,the column was Kromasil C 18 (5μm,4.6mm×250mm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (54:46),the flow rate:1 0ml/min,colum temperature 30℃ the UV detection wavelength was 207nm.The concentrations were quantified by external standard method.Results The calibation curve of Ribavirin Buccal Tablet revealed linearity over the range of 10μg/ml～50μg/ml.The average recycle of Ribavirin Buccal Tablet was 100 50%(n=5,RSD=0 61%) respectively.Conclusion The method is successfully used to rapid assay Ribavirin Buccal Tablet with accurate,sensitive,reproducible and little sample needed.
