摘要
目的:高效液相色谱法测定不同制剂中利巴韦林的含量作一综述。方法:收集高效液相色谱法测定利巴韦林含量方法,分析总结。结果:高效液相色谱法测定制剂中利巴韦林的含量,固定相一般为C18柱,流动相一般为水或甲醇一水,流速一般为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为207nm,柱温为30℃或室温,进样为10或20μl。结论:高效液相色谱法测定制剂中利巴韦林的含量,具有良好的回收率和精密度,而且简便快捷,不受制剂中其他组分的干扰,是一种测定利巴韦林含量的可行方法。
