摘要
本文旨在研究经济增长、科技进步、人力资本和人口素质的关联性 ,增强对人力资本开发和人口素质提高至关重要性的认识。文章从科技进步对经济增长的贡献率不断上升的现象入手 ,分析经济增长与科技进步的关系 ,以及科技进步与人力资本开发、人口素质提高的关系。在此基础上 ,从政府宏观政策的角度 ,提出了开发人力资本、提高人口素质的可行性建议。
This paper is aimed at the relationship among economic growth, science and technology progress, human capital and population quality so as to enhance the importance of developing human capital and population quality. Starting with the fact that the contribution rate of science and technology progress to economic growth is increasing, the paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth and science and technology progress as well as the relationship of science and technology progress to human capital and population quality development. It is on this basis that the paper raises feasible suggestions on how to develop human capital and population quality from the aspect of government macroeconomic policies.
