摘要
国际金融危机使我国的就业形势面临更加严峻的挑战。当前,应积极发挥政府宏观政策的引导作用,大力发展第三产业和中小企业,努力提高民营企业应对金融危机的能力,通过建立城乡统一的劳动力市场来解决日益严重的就业问题。
The international financial crisis makes the employment situation more serious.At present, we should give play to the role of guide of government s macroscopic policy actively, develop the tertiary industry and small and medium-sized enterprises effectively, make great efforts to improve ability of dealing with the financial crisis of the private enterprise, build the unified labor market in urban and rural areas to solve the serious employment problem day by day.
