介绍了大蒜的食疗效果以及大蒜在饮料、酒类、休闲类食品、涂抹食品开发中的应用现状,并对大蒜在食品工业中的应用与发展趋势进行了展望。
The article introduces the dietotherapy effect of garlic and the current situation of garlic development and use in drink, alcoholic drink, food for rest and recreation, and coating food. And it also prospects for the garlic growing trend in food industry.
