摘要
目的：通过横断面增强后ＣＴ与冠状面高分辨率ＣＴ的联合应用，研究鼻咽场的ＣＴ诊断和ＴＮＭ分期。材料和方法：回顾１０４例经病理证实为鼻咽癌的ＣＴ资料，分析肿瘤的ＣＴ征象，讨论肿瘤的定性诊断和ＴＮＭ分期。结果：横断面增强后ＣＴ对鼻咽癌的原发部位、浸润范围和颈部淋巴结转移情况显示较佳，冠状面高分辨率ＣＴ对鼻咽癌颅底骨质破坏显示清楚。结论：横断面增强后ＣＴ和冠状面高分辨率ＣＴ联合应用可提高鼻咽癌的ＣＴ诊断和ＴＮＭ分期正确性。
Analysis of the diagnosis and TNM stages of NPC by using axial enhanced and coronal high resolution(HR) CT scan combined. Materials and Methods: Analysis and discusion of CT apearance of 104 pathologically proved NPC cases, including tumor location, determination of benign or malignant nature and TNM stages. Results: The original location range and lymph node metastasis of NPC can be well presented by axial enhanced CT scan. The destruction of the bone can be showed more clearly by coronal HR CT scan,Conclusion : The NPC diagnosis accuracy and determination of TNM stages can be improved by using axial enhanced and coronal HR CT scan combinel
