摘要
对鼻咽癌细胞株HNE3，以及HeLa、Raji、人PBL等细胞的中期染色体AgNOR表达及其间期核AgNOR活性进行了检测分析。染色体AgNOR活性表达依次为8．2±2．8，11．0±2．7，14．6±4．3，17．8±2．2；间期核AgNORs依次为35.2±3．3，32.3±3.1，24.4±3.0，2.8±1.7。结果表明，染色体与间期核的AgNOR活性呈负相关（r＝－0．933）。
