摘要
概述了近２０年来，硒与肿瘤关系的研究进展，包括：环境中的硒水平与肿瘤，肿瘤患者硒水平及其临床意义，硒的抗癌机理和在防治肿瘤上的应用。
The results of investigations on epidemiology and Se level in blood, hair,urine were reported, which showed that Se level in ervironment is not a single factor of tumor occuring and though the Se level in blood can be regarded as an indication of the tumor diagnosis and curative effect,it has been still not confirmed that reduction of the Se level in blood is a cause of tumor occuring.Selenium in organism has action on restraining chemical carcinogen and cancer cells,improving immunity of organism, risisting oxidation and radiation damage.
