墨龙系列酒中无机元素含量研究

摘要 采用荧光、原子荧光、火焰光度、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定了墨龙醇、猕猴桃乳酒、麒麟玉液中的27种无机元素,其中钾、镁、磷、钠、钙和铁、锰、锌、铜、锯、镍、铬等人体必需宏、微量元素含量丰富,含量和分别占所测元素加和量的99.0%~99.8%;而有害微量元素铅、汞、镉、铍含量较低,仅占0.005%~0.009%。远低于致毒量。 Twenty-nine inorganic elements in Molong alcohol, Actinidia koumiss and Kylin drink were determined by means of fluorometry. atomic fluorometry. flame spectroscopy and ICPAES. The contents of the elements (K. Mg, P. Na. Ca) and the trace elements (Fe. Mn.Zn, Cu, Sr. Ni. Cr etc. ). which were essential to human body. were high and respectively accounted for 99. 0%~99.8% of all the elements determined. But the contents of the harmful trace elements (Pb. Hg. Cd. Be) were lower merely of 0.005%~0.009%. lower than the limits of toxic dose.
