墨龙系列酒中氨基酸组分评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of the Composition of Amino acid in MOLONG SERIES WINES

摘要 采用岛津L_(c-bA)高效液相色谱仪测定墨龙醇、麒麟玉液、猕猴桃乳酒中13种氨基酸总量分别为508.2、491.7、247.4mg/100ml,其中12种人体必需、半必需氨基酸与10种药效氨基酸的含量和分别占总含量的59.7%、65.5%、76.2%和43.8%、48.1%、47.5%。 The amino acid compositions of MOLONG alcohol, KYLIN DRINK and Actinidia koumiss were determined using Lc-6A High-performance liquid. chromatograph. The results showed that there were 18 kinds of amino acid in the samples , having the total content of 508. 2, 491. 7 and 247. 4 mg/100ml respectively. 12 kinds of amino acid are essential and semieseential to human body, with the content of 59.7% , 65. 5% and 76. 2% of the total amount of amino acid in these liquors. 10 kinds of the amino acid having medicinal property are 43. 8%, 48.1 % and 47. 5% of the total amino acids in the three samples resp. Thus, these wines are of high value in nutrition and pharmaceutics.
