摘要
以枸杞胎盘液给小鼠灌胃,测定小鼠血清免疫球蛋白含量并观察其缺氧及游泳耐力时间,结果显示:实验组小鼠血清中IgG、IgA和IgM的含量显著的高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组IgG,IgA和IgM含量分别为7388±3184、1793±259和2571±888mg/L对照组IgG、IgA和IgM分别为5415±1646、1596±329和2039±770mg/L。抗缺氧及游泳耐力时间实验组也较对照组明显为长(P<0.01)。
The extracts of Lycium barbarum L. and sheep
placenta wereadministered to mice by gastrogavage and the contents of immunoglobulinsin
sera were measured in control and experimental mice. The results showedthat the
immunoglobulins contents of experimental mice were significantlyhigher than that of the control
mice. IgG, IgA and IgM of experimentaland control mice were 7388±3184mg/L, 1793 ±
259mg/L, 2571±888mg/L and5415±1646mg/L, 1595±329mg/L, 2039±770mg/L respectively.
The differencesbetween each couple were statistically significant(P<0.01).The anoxia-fast and
swimming-persistent times of experimental mice were significantlonger than that of control mice
(P<0.01).
