摘要
采用 Brukitt 淋巴瘤(Namalva)细胞提取的低分子 RNA,掺入 J6-1细胞培养,结果发现低分子 RNA 对细胞增殖有明显的影响,出现 J6-1细胞形体缩小,细胞蛋白含量降低.提示低分子 RNA 对白血病、肿瘤细胞的增殖有抑制作用.
The low-molecular RNA extracted from Brukitt lymphosarcoma Namalva cell was mixed with J6-1 cell for culture.It was observed that low-molecular RNA had olbvious effects upon the cell proliferation.The cells shrank in size,and the content of protein in the cells was reduced.This suggests that the proliferation of leukemic cells and tumour cells are inhibited by low-molecular RNA.
