摘要
将由胰脏提取分离的RNA制成注射液并注射在家兔、小鼠和狗等正常动物体内,观察了几种生理指标和病理组织学变化.结果表明,长期注射胰RNA的家兔其血清总蛋白含量和体重比对照组明显增高,而未发现任何不良反应,光镜下病理组织学检查未发现病理组织学异常变化.将1000倍的大剂量胰RNA注射在小鼠静脉内也未发现异常反应.对麻醉犬静脉注射胰RNA5mg/kg后,观察犬的血压、心率、呼吸,并未发现异常变化;犬肝动脉内注射胰RNA0.5mg/kg,对肝血流、血压、心率以及呼吸都无影响.
This paper reports some physiological indexes and the pathological and histological changes in the normal animals,including rabbits,mice and dogs, with the RNA injection prepared from the pancreas.It results in a significant increase of the total serum protein and the body weight of the rabbits being injected with RNA for a long time,without any side reactions.By patho- logical exatnination to the animals,no abnorml changes occurred after the experiment.The mice being injected large dose of RNA into vein a thousand times of habitual dose,show no side eactions.After injecting a vein with panereatic RNA(5m/kg),the blood pressure,heart rate and respiration of the anesthetized dogs show no abnormal phenomena.The blood stream of the liver artery,blood pressure,heart rate and respiration of the dogs were not influenced by injectinng pancreatic RNA(0.5mg/kg) into the liver artery.
