摘要
本文介绍了国内外坝后式厂房取消厂坝间钢管伸缩节的工程实例,以有限元法计算了五强溪厂坝结构在常规荷载与温变荷载作用下的结构位移,并进行了各种计算条件与参数的敏感性分析,导出了结构位移与钢管附加应力间的关系,通过组合应力分析,说明在一定条件下,五强溪水电站引水钢管取消厂坝间伸缩节是可能的。
Examples at home and abroad of penstock without an expansion joint between dam and the following powerhouse are described in this paper. Wuqangxi dam and plant displacement under normal and thermal loads is calculated by 3-dimension finite element method.The sensitivity to various computational conditions & parameters is analysed. The relationships between the displacement and corresponding stresses produced in penstock are given. The combined stress analysis indicates that it's possible for Wuqangxi powerhouse penstock to be constructed without an expansion joint by taking some technological measures.
