摘要
入世 5年后 ,外资银行办理人民币业务不再有地域和客户的限制 ,这将从根本上打破国有商业银行的垄断地位。面对外资银行的挑战 ,国有商业银行必须提高竞争力 ,而建立现代商业银行治理结构是提高国有商业银行竞争力的必然选择。国外商业银行治理结构有两种典型模式。根据目前我国国有商业银行治理结构模式存在的问题 。
It makes a study on Chinese state owned banks' governance stru cture with the reference of the two typical patterns of foreign commercial banks ' governance structure. Chinese state owned banks' governance structure have ma n y problems, which influence state owned banks' competitive power. As a result, C hinese state owned banks' governance structure must be reformed. It puts forward a feasible way to rebuild the state owned banks' governance str ucture.
