摘要
本文系统地对商业银行治理结构理论进行研究 ,在借鉴国外成熟商业银行治理模式的基础上 ,结合中国商业银行治理结构的实际 ,提出了具体的目标模式以及路径选择 ,从而探索出一条可行的国有商业银行治理结构构建之路 ,以推进我国商业银行体制改革深化。
The paper makes a systematic study on the corporation governing theories on commercial banks with the reference of the sophisticated patterns of foreign commercial banks. Meanwhile, the author puts forward a concrete target pattern and route choice associated with the present situation of domestic commercial banks. The paper attempts to explore a feasible way to construct the corporation governing of the state-owned commercial banks, in order to promote the institutional revolution in Chinese commercial banks.
