摘要
目的 :研究肾上腺无功能肿瘤声像图特征与病理之间的关系。方法 :回顾性分析 113例肾上腺无功能肿瘤的超声检查和手术病理的结果。结果 :113例患者中超声检出准确率为 91.2 %。各种肿瘤的大小有极显著性差异。髓样脂肪瘤以高回声为特征 ,易于与其他肿瘤鉴别 ,其余肿瘤声像图交叉现象严重。较大的肿瘤常有液化囊性变表现。结论 :超声检查是肾上腺无功能肿瘤诊断的首选可靠的方法 ,并对鉴别肿瘤类型有一定帮助。
Objective:To explore the relationship between ultrasonography imaging character and pathology on funtionless adrenal tumor.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic features of 113 patients who suffered from adrenal functionless tumor which were verified histologically after operation.Results Of all patients,the correct rate of determination was 91.2%.The difference in tumor volume between benign and malignant was statistically significant.Myelolipoma is characteristic of hyperecho,which is easy to differ from other tumors.Other tumors have no special imaging.Liquefaction or cystic changes could often be found in larger ones.Conclusion:It is an prime and effective method to find out adrenal funtionless tumors by ultrasonography and is helpful to determine kind of tumors.
