摘要
推行工程量清单招标办法,是新形势下加强建筑市场规范的一项重要改革举措。文章论述了在建设工程项目招投标中推行工程量清单招标办法的重要性及必要性,对其在实施过程中需要注意的一些问题进行了总结和分析,并提出了具体的操作办法。
Carrying out competitive-bidding with quantities bill is an importa nt measure of reform for strengthening the normalization of construction market. This paper discusses on the necessity and importance of carrying out competitiv e-bidding with quantities bill in construction engineering, sums up and analyze s on some problems needing attention in the course of carrying out this method, and puts forward several operating methods.
