摘要
建设项目工程造价在国家经济中的作用日益突出,能否以合理的方式计价关系着投资的导向问题,新兴的工程量清单计价能否与传统的预算定额计价有机结合,更好地为工程造价服务是值得我们深思的问题。本文通过对二者区别和联系的解读,给人们一点建议。
The effect of the construction project cost in the national economy becomes more and more prominent, the reasonable price valuation is related to the orientation of investment, weather the engineering quantity list valuation can organically combine with the traditional budget quota to better service for the engineering cost or not is worth pondering. This paper explains the difference and connection between the two to put forward some suggestions.
