摘要
根据恩施市资源状况和生态环境状况,提出实施退耕还林(草)工程的必要性,同时对恩施市退耕还林(草)现状进行了调查,并从经济学和生态学效应上分析了退耕还林(草)工程对恩施市的影响,指出目前恩施市退耕还林(草)工程存在着生态林和经济林比例失调、缺乏完善配套措施、物种单一、重治理、轻管护等问题,并针对这些问题,提出了一些建议.
According to the condition of the resource and ecological environment in Enshi City, this paper pointed out the necessity of returning the grain plots to forestry(grass) in Enshi City. The situation of returning the grain plots to forestry(grass) was investigated, and the economic and ecological influence of the project was analyzed. Meanwhile, this paper pointed out some existing problems, such as too much economic forest, lack of perfect measures, singularity of vegetation species, and lack of protection and management, and some suggestions were given.
