摘要
本研究选择长江上游下段的三峡库区湖北省秭归县中坝村作为案例，通过农户调查、专项统计监测、野外试验监测等手段，运用目前成熟的森林生态效益评价的基本理论和方法，将典型案例研究与专项重点问题的区域性调查分析相结合，从退耕还林的生态效益、经济效益、社会效益，以及相关的经济、政策等方面开展案例分析。
Taking the Zhongba Village of Zijui County, Hubei Province, which located in the lower section of upper Yangtze River as the example, we adopt all kinds of methods and related theories to analyze the ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit of Grain for Green Project as well as related economy and policies.
