摘要
从生物的C值矛盾、基因表达调控、基因表达产物的准确性以及DNA的复制方向等分子水平的相关研究来解读生物分子进化和分子适应的策略问题,同时从比较基因组学和分子生态学的角度深入探讨了分子进化和分子适应的研究方向和特点,为进一步研究相关问题提供文献和理论支持.
This paper provided the latest developments of study on C value paradox of nucleotide, controlling of the gene expression, the accuracy of transcription and translation and the direction of DNA replication, in order to explain and analyze the strategy of evolution and adaptation in molecular of living things.Meanwhile, the characteristic and field about the research on evolution and adaptation in molecular was deeply approached in comparative genomics and molecular ecology so as to offer theoretical and documentrary bases for what needs to be further studied.
