摘要 提出一整套有别于以往的胡麻胶提取新工艺,其创新点在于只采用水作为唯一溶剂,不引入酸类试剂,解决了以往工艺由于使用化学试剂而带来的残留问题。新工艺的整个流程包括胡麻籽的清选、水浸取、胶液的分离与干燥等几道工序。通过充分的试验研究,确定了合理的工艺流程与参数:浸取温度90~95℃,浸取时间为50~60min,胶液的分离与干燥分别采用了蒸汽加温加压分离法和喷雾干燥法,最终制成优质的胡麻胶粉。得胶率达13%~14%,1%胶液的黏度达2500~3000mPa·s。采用此新工艺,已在河北尚义县粮油加工厂建立了胡麻胶提取车间,顺利实现连续的工业化生产。 A new process for extraction of flaxseed gum,which is different from former process,is introduced. Its extraordinary advantage is to use water rather than acid as sole solvent, without remnants of chemical (agent).The technological flowsheet of this process consists of the cleaning,soaking,separating and drying.Through ample testing,reasonable flowsheet and parameters have been determined,including soaking temperature of 90~95℃,soaking time of 50~60 minutes,using steam-heating and spray drying for separation and drying of gum solution respectively. When using this process, a high-quality gum powder is produced with a gum extraction (ratio) of 13%~14% and the viscosity of 1% gum solution is 2500~3000mPa·s.A workshop for extraction of flaxseed gum by this process has been set up at grain and oil processing plant in Shangyi county,Hebei.Therefore,commercial scale production with this process has been realized.
