摘要
胡麻（亚麻）是我国西北和华北地区特有的油纤兼用型经济作物，为甘肃，宁夏，青海，新疆，内蒙古等地区的特种油料作物。胡麻籽含油率36.0%-45.0%，种子表皮含有10.0%的果胶，茎秆含纤维12.0%-30.0%，胡麻饼粕含粗蛋白23.0%-33.6%，目前绝大多数栽培是以油用为目的。
Bnne,which is a kind of flax used for oil and fibre, is the cash crop in north of China. The benne seed gum on the cuticle of benne seed includes a great deal of meal fibre and has the functions of water retention, emulsification, stabilization and thickening. It can be used for thickener and food additive in food industry. The oil of benne seed include luxuriant ￡≠linolenic acid of health care value which has the same function of health care as fish oil. Lignans in benne seed has the function of anti-cancer. Dissoluble fibre in benne seed has the function of lessening cholesterol and lessening the rate of slow astriction. adiposity and cardiopathy, such as ,coronary heart disease. Because benne seed has great marker potential, exploiting its heath care food will be a new shining point in exploiting functional food. With the development of economy and technology, benne is hoped to be the dominant breed and variety in agricultural production in north of China.
