黑带是六西格玛管理中非常重要的角色,具有应用六西格玛方法解决问题、领导项目团队、在企业文化变革中是中坚力量的三个基本职能,是组织十分宝贵的资源。有三种黑带培养方式值得深入研究。一是大学引入六西格玛教育,二是开发六西格玛培训市场,三是企业培养自己的黑带。就我国目前情况而言,开发六西格玛培训市场将在黑带培养方面起到非常重要的作用,企业不仅要选择真正能为企业带来培训效果的培训资源,制定一个好的六西格玛黑带培训方案,还要将企业最好的员工培养为六西格玛黑带。
Black belt plays a very important part in 6σ management. It has three basic functions that include resolving problem, leading project team and reforming enterprise culture. It is a very precious resource in management. There are three modes of cultivating black belt which are worthy of researching. The first is that college introduces 6σ education. The second is developing 6σ training market. The third is that enterprise cultivates itself black belt. At present, developing 6σ training market in our country will play a very important part in black belt's cultivating. The enterprise not only chooses good training resource which can cause good training effect for it, but also enacts a good 6σ black belt' s training project. At the same time, the best staff in the enterprise should be cultivated into 6σ black belt.
