摘要
系统地分析铁路客票发售和预订系统技术支持工作的现状和特点,提出建立客票技术支持系统的方案,对系统设计、技术难点进行详细讨论,目前该系统已经投入使用。它的应用可以逐步建立技术支持知识库,实现信息共享,提高技术支持的效率。
The actuality and characteristic of technique support for Ticketing and Reservation System(TRS) were analyzedby the numbers. The plan of the technique support system of TRS was put forward. The system design and the problem oftechnique were discussed in detail. The support system had been used. The knowledge base of technique support would build byusing the System, then we could enjoyed the information and advanced the efficiency of support system.
