摘要
针对铁路自动售票系统故障特点与故障分析,提出铁路自动售票系统的故障诊断与维修专家系统的方案,并对系统的知识表示和推理进行深入研究。该系统为铁路自动售票系统的故障诊断与维修提供一种科学途径,有助实现铁路自动售票系统技术支持及维护工作的智能化和自动化。
According to the properties of fault diagnosis and maintenance of the Railway Ticketing and Reservation System（TRS）, the paper proposed the plan of Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance Expert System for Railway TRS, researched on the knowledge representation and reasoning, put forward a scientific approach for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the Railway TRS. It was helpful for the Railway TRS to implement the technical support and maintenance work intelligently and automatically.
