摘要
目的 探讨中药 (XQ 930 2 )对艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者 /艾滋病 (AIDS)患者的治疗作用。方法 测定XQ 930 2治疗 2 1例HIV感染者 /AIDS患者的CD4细胞计数和病毒载量 ,并与仅进行对症治疗的HIV感染者 /AIDS患者对照组比较。结果 经XQ 930 2治疗后 ,4 2 9%HIV感染者 /AIDS患者的CD4细胞计数上升 >5 1% ,为显效 ;33 3%患者的CD4细胞计数升高 11%～ 5 0 % ,为有效 ,总有效率为 76 2 % ;CD4细胞计数上升 <10 %为无效 ,无效率为 2 3 8%。 5 2 4 %HIV感染者 /AIDS患者的病毒载量下降≥ 1log ,呈显效 ;38 1%的HIV感染者 /AIDS患者病毒载量无变化或下降 <1log ,为有效 ;仅 9 5 %HIV感染者 /AIDS患者病毒载量上升 ,为无效。所有HIV感染者 /AIDS患者的临床症状均获改善。对照组HIV感染者 /AIDS患者病毒载量呈稳定及上升状态 ,临床症状均未获改善 ,呈无效。结论 XQ 930 2对HIV感染者 /AIDS患者的CD4细胞计数上升以及病毒载量下降有效 ,且能改善临床症状。
Objective To study anti-HIV effect of XQ-9320,a Chinese traditional herb Methods 21 cases of HIV carriers/AIDS patients were selected and their CD 4 value and viral load were measured after taking the Chinese herb XQ-9302 while the control group only received symptomatic therapy without the herb Results 42 9% cases responded with an increase in CD 4 count by over 51% while,33 3% increased their CD 4 count by 11%-50% and the total effectiveness rate was 76 2% 23 8% of the cases who increased their CD 4 under 10% was considered as non responsive High effectiveness was recorded in those cases(52%) whose viral loads were decrease a over l log,while effectiveness was recorded in those(38 1%) whose viral loads remained unchanged or decreased below 1 log Only in 9 5% cases viral loads increased and no improvement of clinical symptoms was seen after the treatment,which indicated ineffectiveness of the herb All the cases in the control group failed to improve their CD 4 or viral load and no improvement of symptoms was seen Conclusion XQ-9302 is effective in decreasing viral load and increasing CD 4 counts in HIV carriers/AIDS patients,thus improving their clinical symptoms
