摘要
甘露糖结合凝集素(mannose bindinglectin or mannan bindinglectin;MBL)是一种存在于血清中的C型凝集素。MBL通过结合病原生物表面的甘露糖等糖基受体而直接介导调理吞噬作用和/或通过MBL途径激活补体,在机体的固有性免疫防御中发挥重要作用。HI V-1的表面包膜蛋白gp120/gp41为机体固有免疫系统通过MBL的攻击提供了潜在位点。MBL主要通过四个环节在艾滋病中发挥作用:补体活化、中和作用、调理作用和封闭DC细胞特异的ICAM3结合的非整合素。对于MBL在艾滋病的疾病进展和疾病传播中的作用认识不一,有待进一步研究。
Mannose binding lectin(MBL), or mannan binding lectin, is a member of C type collectin proteins in the plasma. It plays an important role in the innate immune system by binding to the saccharide receptor of manncvse/mannan on the surfaces of pathogens. The envelope protein (gpl20/gp41) of HIV-1 provides a potential site of attack by the innate immune system through MBL. The mechanism that MBL affect HIV disease are primary based on complement activation,opsonization, neutralization of H1V by MBL and blocking dendritic cell specific intracellular adhension molecule 3 grabbing nonintegrin(DC- SIGN). The effects of MBL on HIV disease progression and transmission are equivocal with some studies showing positive effects and other showing no effect or negative effects.
