摘要
综述了体细胞胚胎发生在林木树种大规模繁殖上的应用及其自动化体系的构成 ,并阐述了体胚发生在低温保存、人工种子。
The major topics to be covered include the mass propagation of woody species and the formation of automation systems.The application of embryogenesis in cryopreservation of embryo cultures, artificial seed and genetic engineering of plantation species are described.
