SIMULATION OF RESIDUAL STRESSES IN LATERALLY AND VERTICALLY LOADED PILES BY CENTRIFUGAL MODEL

摘要 本文介绍桩基离心试验的仪器、方法以及一系列横轴向受荷桩的荷载试验结果,探讨了桩身残余效应的形成、发展和分布规律;地基中的残余土应力反应;残余应力的循环效应,以及残余效应的存在对横轴向受荷单桩和群桩承载特性的影响。 To investigate the behaviour of laterally and vertically loaded piles, aseries of tests has been carried out in a huge centrifuge. The equipment usedand procedures of centrifugal model pile test and the results of some loadtests for the laterally and vertically loaded piles in silty clay and stratifiedsubsurface layers are introduced in this paper. According to the test data, theoccurrence and development of residual stresses in piles and their distributionalong pile shaft are studied, and the effects of residual stresses on the bearingcapacities of the laterally and vertically loaded single piles and pile groupsare analysed. Besides, soil response around piles and the variation of residualstress with cyclic loads are also described
