离心机已广泛应用于土木工程领域里的原型性能研究、数值计算验证、机理分析和本构模型论证等工作。但是,由于目前国内的离心试验设备难于控制模型水流,可拥有的潜在功能远未发挥出来。本文介绍了一套最近研制成的离心机专用加水和排水设备,并简略说明了该系统的使用方法和程序。排水系统根据热电原理设计,通过电力滑环用电流控制开启。加水系统则采用旋转接头作为动静转换元件,从外界供水给试验模型。对瀑布沟高坝原型性能模拟的多次运用表明,该设备功能灵活,性能可靠。
Centrifuges have been widely used to project modelling mechanism analyses, constitutive law studies, and verification of numerical computations. The potential of centrifuge facilities in our country is not, however, in full play because the water flow in sample container can not be controlled properly. This paper details a water supply and water drain system for centrifugal model tests developed recently. The water drain system is designed on basis of the electrothermal effect and is controlled by electricity through power sliprings. The water supply system takes water from outside the centrifuge to the model container through a rotary joint or a funnel. The procedres of operating this system are briefly described. This facility has been applied to model the prototype behavior of the Pubugou high-rise rockfill dam and has proved versatile and reliable.
