摘要
从树脂基体、纤维表面处理、缠绕张力、树脂含量四个方面 ,研究了提高芳纶纤维强度转化率的方法。结果表明 :基体性能对纤维强度转化率影响较大 ;表面处理可以改善界面性能 ;缠绕张力及树脂含量最佳取值范围则需通过实验确定。
Improvement of percentage translation of aramid fiber strength is investigated in detail on resin matrix, surface treatment of fiber, winding tension and resin content. It is indicated that resin matrix has a great influence on the percentage translation of fiber and interface performance can be improved through surface treatment of fibre,while, optimal value of winding tension and resin content should be determined through experiments.
